• Clients are responsible for securing all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for content or data shared with us.

• Delays caused by the client in providing materials or approvals may affect project timelines.

3. Payment & Billing

• Payment terms will be outlined in the client contract or invoice.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All creative work, campaigns, and strategies developed by Fast Digital Agency remain the property of the agency until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Fast Digital Agency may showcase completed projects as part of our portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Fast Digital Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., traffic numbers, sales conversions, follower growth), as these depend on market factors beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, or marketing information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as per the service contract.

• Any outstanding fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
